Germany will be host of the 14th Solheim Cup. The venue of this prestigious event will be the St. Leon-Rot Golf Club near Heidelberg from the 18th until the 20th September 2015.
The German Golf Course Owners Association (BVGA) is very proud and delighted to be part of the Solheim Cup 2015. The market of female golfers unfortunate still seems to be a vast untapped market which has yet to grow.
At this years 5th Golf Business Conference hosted by the BVGA at the beginning of April, golf course owners and operations across Germany, Austria and the Switzerland discussed the importance of the unrelieved female golf market and their need to approach their current female customer in new ways. One needs understand the fundamentals of attracting women to the game of golf and furthermore one needs to accommodate the needs of their female customers.
